First Orders Free Return Promotion

Promotion details:

Free return on your first purchase.
You must make the return within 5 days from receiving the product.
Make sure to return the items with the original tag and in the same condition as you received them.
The money return process will begin once the returned clothing has been verified.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@befitnesslou.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at info@befitnesslou.com with your order number and exchange request. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and send you the requested exchange item(s) at no additional cost.
